Fit sour-cherry cake
Ingredients: Oatmeal, rib-grass, Coconut oil, Coconut milk, sweetener, Biofidel dried Sour-cherries, grated walnut or almond
Mix all the ingredients so that you get a texture that is easy to get into the baking pan one finger thick. You can always add some Coconut milk to improve texture. You can sweeten the cake with xylitol, erythrite or stevia (now we used cinnamon-flavored xylitol for the best taste). Rinse some sour-cherries in hot water, mix it a little bit in the blender so that it becomes jam-like. Pour it on top of the cake in the pan and add the granted walnut/almond, use some pressure to fix the topping. Put in the oven on 160 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Enjoy!:)
